Intercontinental Raffles Chongqing, located in Chaotianmen, the heart of Chongqing, opened its doors on August 1, 2020. The project, by CL3 Architects in collaboration with CapitaLand and architect Moshe Safdie, follows the development of the Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore. CL3 and architect Moshe Safdie are once again working together to create another landmark in the city.

Inspired by the confluence of the two rivers, the ballroom extends the sky and cityscape in blue and gold, and the wavy top echoes the sparkling river outside the window, elevating the guests' sensory experience with the expansive atmosphere of the scene. The small conference room on the side also continues the style of the banquet hall, but changes are added in the pattern to show the difference of the talks.

The ultimate luxury of a modern sailing boat fills the atmosphere of the space, and the furniture, finishes and guest room design continue the theme of "sailing on the river". The visual elements of the yacht cabin and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling Windows are designed to provide guests with unobstructed views and a high-quality stay experience.
